Stealing Creation guide:

If you collect level 3+ clay and make into arrows or runes you can store in your inventory and you won't have to make so many trips back to your base. Also the arrows and runes help your team kill the other team. =)

here the level you need to collect and turn that clay into things

level 1 clay - any level
level 2 clay - level 20+
level 3 clay - level 40+
level 4 clay - level 60+
level 5 clay - level 80+

A. yes

A. south of old bounty hunter.

Q. is it safe?
A. yes, you can't bring anything inside the mini-game you make everything in there.
