Some years ago, I made a video showing how to ferment noni juice, and many people learned about noni from that video. Since then, I have continued working with noni and learning more about this unique plant.
In this video, I share other things I have discovered over the years about noni and how versatile it truly is. Beyond fermenting the juice, I learned that noni can also be made into oil, turned into soap, and that the leaves can be cooked and eaten as vegetables. I also discovered that noni fruits can be dried and ground into a powder, which can be used to make noni tea.
This video is not a tutorial. It is a sharing of knowledge and experience — showing how one plant can be used in many different ways. Noni is more than just a fruit for juice; it is a versatile plant with many traditional and practical uses.
