The Cancer Genomics Cloud (cgc.sbgenomics.com) is an ecosystem part of the Cancer Research Data Commons (https://datascience.cancer.gov/data-c...) that facilitates collaboration and scalability for cancer research, with the ultimate goal is to advance precision medicine outcomes.

The ecosystem is cloud based with the theme of bringing the analysis to the data to empower researchers, clinicians and data scientists that work with genomic, clinical and imagery data.
