Recipe 1
Mozzarella Cheese Vegetable Pancakes
Make 8 pieces
Filling:
1 medium onion, shredded.
1 medium carrot, shredded.
1 medium zucchini, shredded.
Chopped green onion, optional.
Seasoning follows your tastes
2 - 3 tbsp oil for cooking
125g or more fresh mozzarella (lactose-free)

Dough:
250g (2 cups) plain flour
1 tsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt.
125ml (1/2 cup) warm water
2 tbsp butter, melted.

Recipe 2
Cheese pie - mozzarella hand pie
makes 16 pieces or more depending on size
Filling:
100g grated mozzarella cheese
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Mix well
Dough:
500g bread flour
250ml water
5g (1 tsp) salt
30g (2 tbsp) softened butter
Mix and knead for 15 minutes until pliable.
Or use a stand mixer at low speed for 10 minutes. Cover for an hour.
Oil for frying.

Recipe 3
Potato cheese pie (makes 8 pieces)
Dough:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
1/3 cup water
Mix flour, salt and oil. Mix until crumbly and add water while stirring.
Knead until it forms a dough. Rest for 20 minutes.

Potato filling:
2 potatoes, boiled, mashed.
Salt, chili flakes, oregano, pepper, to taste.
Grated mozzarella cheese
Oil for frying

Garlic Cheese Pancakes
2 - 3 cloves of garlic, roasted and mashed.
250g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour (125g for each cup).
1 tsp of instant yeast.
1 tsp of sugar.
3 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted.
125ml (1/2 cup) of warm milk.
1 large egg, whipped.
1/2 tsp salt.
1 sprig of spring onion, chopped.
The stuffing: 1 cup of grated cheese ( I use Gouda & Emmenthal) + 1/2 cup of Poultry Salami (diced) or bacon, ham, etc + spring onions, chopped.

Pancake Sayur Keju Mozzarella
Buat 8 potong
Isi:
1 bawang bombay ukuran sedang, diiris tipis.
1 wortel ukuran sedang, diiris tipis.
1 zucchini ukuran sedang, diiris tipis.
Bawang hijau cincang, opsional.
Bumbu sesuai selera
2 - 3 sdm minyak untuk memasak
125g atau lebih mozzarella segar (bebas laktosa)

Adonan:
250g (2 cangkir) tepung terigu
1 sdt ragi
1 sdm gula
1/2 sdt garam.
125ml (1/2 cangkir) air hangat
2 sdm mentega, cairkan.

Resep 2
Pai keju - pai tangan mozzarella
dapat menghasilkan 16 potong atau lebih, tergantung ukuran
Isi:
100g keju mozzarella parut
1 sdt peterseli
1/2 sdt paprika
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt lada hitam
Aduk rata
Adonan:
500g tepung roti
250ml air
5g (1 sdt) garam
30g (2 sdm) mentega lunak
Aduk dan uleni selama 15 menit hingga lentur.
Atau gunakan stand mixer dengan kecepatan rendah selama 10 menit. Tutup selama satu jam.
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Resep 3
Pai keju kentang (dapat menghasilkan 8 potong)
Adonan:
1 cangkir tepung serbaguna
1/2 sdt garam
3 sdm minyak
1/3 cangkir air
Campur tepung, garam, dan minyak. Aduk hingga remah-remah lalu tambahkan air sambil diaduk.
Uleni hingga membentuk adonan. Diamkan selama 20 menit.

Isi kentang:
2 kentang, rebus, tumbuk. Garam, serpihan cabai, oregano, merica, secukupnya.
Keju mozzarella parut
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Resep 4
Pancake Keju Bawang Putih
2 - 3 siung bawang putih, dipanggang dan dihaluskan.
250g (2 cangkir) tepung serbaguna (125g untuk setiap cangkir).
1 sdt ragi instan.
1 sdt gula.
3 sdm mentega tawar, dicairkan.
125 ml (1/2 cangkir) susu hangat.
1 telur besar, dikocok.
1/2 sdt garam.
1 tangkai daun bawang, cincang.
Isi: 1 cangkir keju parut (saya menggunakan Gouda & Emmenthal) + 1/2 cangkir Salami Unggas (potong dadu) atau bacon, ham, dll. + daun bawang, cincang.
