This video will help you to understand how to make a stainless steel pan non-stick and in the process I'm also sharing with you a recipe on a quick savoury cheesy omlette.

To make any stainless steel pan non-stick you require a few steps.
1. Heat up the pan for about 1 min on medium heat.
2. Try the mercury ball test, which is when you drop a little bit of water onto the pan to see the response. If it sizzles then the pan is not ready. If the water forms a ball and dances around the pan likes its gliding on a surface you have achieved the liedenfrost effect which is what makes it non-stick.
3. Add a little bit of neutral oil, spread it over the entire surface and drop the temp to low to medium.
4. Crack and whisk your eggs till they are uniform
5. Gently add them to the pan and move the cooked egg around to allow the uncooked egg to touch the pan thereby cooking it.
6. Add shredded cheeses to the top.
7. Add water to the sides and best if you can cover it for 30 sec to melt the cheese
8. Slip a pad of fresh butter underneath the omelette to flavour it.
9. Add garnishing's to the top and in less than 10 min breakfast or lunch is ready
