आज मसाला किचन मे बन रहे है दिल्ली के फेमस टेस्टी छोले और भटूरे की रेसिपी | बिना बेकिंग पाउडर-बिना दही के फूले फूले भटूरे बनाये आसानी से | स्ट्रीट जैसे छोले भटूरे | टेस्टी छोले साथ में भटूरे बनाने की विधि | कुलचा रेसिपी/खमीरी भटूरे/छोले मसाला/छोले भटूरे/रेस्टोरेंट जैसे छोले/हलवाई जैसे छोले भटूरे/बिना यीस्ट के भटूरे, पिंडी छोले, चटपटे छोले भटूरे, पनीर भटूरे, स्टफ्ड भटूरे, इंस्टेंट भटूरे, इंस्टेंट छोले, छोले पूरी बनाने का आसान तरीका | स्ट्रीट फ़ूड छोले भटूरे की रेसिपी शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी

INGREDIENTS:
For Boiling:
* Chickpeas/Chole(छोले) - 1 Bowl/250Gram
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
* Water(पानी) - As Required
* Boiled Tea Water(उबला हुआ चाय का पानी) - Some

For Bhatura:
* All-Purpose Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 2 Bowl/300 Gram
* Salt(नमक) - As per taste
* Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Oil(तेल) - 1 Tsp
* Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
* Water(पानी) - As Required
* Oil(तेल) - For Frying

For Chole:
* Oil(तेल) - 1 Tbsp
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
* Gram Flour(बेसन) - 1 Tbsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 2 Tsp
* Crushed Red Chili Powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) -1 Tsp
* Chana/Chole Masala(चना/छोले मसाला) - 1-1.5 Tbsp
* Black Salt(काला नमक) - Some

For Garnishing:
* Sweet Chutney(मीठी चटनी) - Some
* Onion (प्याज) - 1-2
* Tomatoes(टमाटर) - 1-2
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - For Garnishing

For Tadka:
* Ghee(घी) - 1 Tbsp
* Asafoetida/Hing Powder(हींग) - 1/4 Tsp

RECIPE:
For Bhatura, Sieve the All-Purpose Flour. Add Salt, Powdered Sugar, Oil & Baking Soda. Mix all well & then bind the soft dough with Water. Then knead the for 1 minute & cover it with a wet napkin, and keep it for 15 minutes. Then make the dough balls then apply some oil to the. Cover & keep them again for some time. Then apply some oil to the dough ball, roll it and fry them. In this way, tasty Chole Bhature will get ready at home.
For Chole, soak some Chickpeas overnight & then transfer them to the pressure cooker. Add some Salt, Baking Soda, Water & Tea Leaves water. Give it 2 Whistle and then cook it for 4-5 mins on a slow flame. Then keep the pan on the flame, put some Oil, Cumin Seeds & Gram Flour & cook for a while. Then put Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Crushed Red Chilli Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Chana/Chhole Masala & Black & saute them for a 1 minute. After then put boiled Chickpea & Water & cook till it gets half & thick. Finally, turn the flame off & put some Sweet Chutney & mix well. Garnish with Chopped Onion, Tomato, Long chopped Green Chilli & Coriander Leaves.
For Tadka, In a Tadka pan, put Ghee, and some Asafoetida/Hing Powder in it & saute well. Give the Tadka and serve it.
