New to Aerial Hoop? This Absolute Beginner Class is for you!

This is an absolute beginner class for those of you who are new to aerial hoop! You will learn 2 simple movements but more important how to familiarize yourself with the hoop.
We will start with some basic conditioning on the ground, then on the hoop. After showing you the 2 movements, you will also hear how to get started on feeling the spin, and more quick tips from our cameraman Walter learning these movements with me.
