Off the air today is 95.1 KCGY (note they brand themselves as "Y95 Country")

On neighboring 95.5, this oldies pop station starts rising (I'm parked the whole time) out of the static. Now usually, the culprit is 95.5 KYWY Pine Bluffs, a variety mix that includes oldies, however the station in the vid disappeared pretty much as soon as I stopped recording.

About a minute later, something begins mumbling, and then out of the blue, I hear "My 95 Country" (similar to Y95, but they're off the air, right?), and then it's gone. An internet search for this branding leads me to Casper station KWYY (adding to the confusion), or something in Lafayette, Indiana.

So what should I even categorize this as? At the time of recording, Sparodic E Clouds were forming over New Mexico with MUF of 96, however Casper, Wyoming is way to close for Es, hmmm. The abruptness of these two signals suggests Meteor Scatter, and the distance is about right. However, I would think Casper is a Tropo target because of short/moderate distance, however it was just so quick!

Does anyone have predictions about this unusual "catch"? If so, thanks!
