As The Volunteers of The Penwyth Valley Railway are preparing the railway for it's first open season, they get a surprise when they discover that Mr Davies, The company managing director has purchased an old steam locomotive from Barry Scrapyard. Now that he has been delivered to the line, they have to get him to Llandeerdog's Workshop for his Overhaul to Begin.
