1.5 tbsp sofrito
2 tbsp tomato sauce
Chopped red peppers
Stuffed Spanish olives
3/4 tsp Adobo
1 Packet sazón (or paprika)
2 Garlic cloves
Oregano to taste
1 Cup water
2 Small diced potatoes
1/4 Cup frozen corn
