Story about iyemoja children (odu Ifá Iwori Meji)

The holy corpus of Orunmila we are using for motivation today is taken from the verse of IWORI LOTUN IWORI LOSI and the IFA priests put them together and called IWORI MEJEEJI

RECITING IFA CORPUS OF IWORI MEJEEJI

Anyone who is given this ifa corpus is in dire need of offsprings. Such person should atone the water goddess. Such person should cook corn meals, Kolanut and bitter kola should be used to atone the river goddess.

Iyemoja (river goddess) in time past had no offspring so she consulted the chief priests and they told her to make propitiation that she would give birth. She was then warned that after having children,these children will do filty things which might result tonrlserious anger but she must be calm and exercise patient.

Truly,she had many offsprings which made her so excited. Little did she know the kind of children she had. You do not know the nature 9f the children you have. I want you to know most of the children we bear these days have spiritual circles they belong to.

Let us always perform divination and atonement on behalf of our children. May we not have still birth in God's name.

In a nutshell, iyemoja truly bear children through Orunmila's help. Later on,all the plates been used by all deities are kept in Iyemoja's house,. On a fateful day, Iyemoja went out fir ministerial journey. She is a strictbamd wicked being. Too harsh on her children. All mothers, no one say you should not train your children rightly but IFA warned you all not to be strict towards your children. When you are too harsh your children will not be open to you. Beeting them daily never depict they will obey you.

Iyemoja went to the journey, and all the children thought on how their mother flog and scold them over every little mistake they make. So decided to go back to where they actually came from. They should get their mother sonangey tat she would beat them till they die and go back their spiritual circle they came from

All mothers ,may you not lose your children. Before Iyamoja's return the children broke all the plates. Iyamoja decided to check on Orunmila before she gets home and divination was performed. IWORI meji was revealed and Orunmila warned Iyamoja not to be angry as she is going home because her children had committed a crime but she must execise patients because if you beat them they had agreed to return back to where they came from.

Some men marry but little do they know their wife had spiritual circle after a little misunderstanding,once he hits her she dies. Let us always add enough patience to all we do in life.

Iyemoja's children had planned to die if their mother mistakenly hits them. Iyemoja had been warned by Orunmila already not to beat her children once she gets home. At her arrival back to the house she learnt that the children had broken all plates at home and the children too made situation worse by taunting and tempting their mother to just touch them. Iyemoja heeded to the ifa's warning. She didn't touch them. The children even do things that could get her angry so they can teach her lessons of her life

This verse teaches us not to be too strict with our children

This is a lesson. We train children with much patience. Been strict or harsh on our children doesn't mean they will listen and ovey you. We train them with wisdom and knowledge. May we have joy over our children. Iyemoja became jouyous over her offsprings.
