Minecraft, Undertale, Pizza Tower, Celeste. So many indie games share a similar aesthetic; the square style reminiscent of videogames from the late 80s and early 90s. Is it simply the easiest, or is it for nostalgia? How true is modern pixel art to it's predecessor on old consoles? Pixel Art is one of Shamus's specialties, and will share his knowledge with us today!

Part of a new streaming series called "Dev and Dialogue" where I develop video games and chat with friends about various topics in the creative industry.
