Mötley Crüe - Hooligan's Holiday REMIX

I did this video back in 2022. I was never happy with the sound of my drums on the original take of this song, especially the snare drum. Plus, there were some funky sounds coming from the drum removal tool I used at the time. I always wanted to redo this one and I finally got around to doing it. I completely re-recorded the take and dropped it into the original video. The differences with this take sonically are the ride cymbal is a Paiste 2002 24" ride, as opposed to the Giant Beat pictured in the video, and I used a black beauty snare this time instead of the supraphonic pictured. There may be some spots where the video doesn't quite line up with the sound...I did the best I could in reproducing the part.

I have new compression plugins that I used on this track that I am really fond of. For those interested, they are the digital version of the UA 1176 analog compressors. Thanks for checking it out!
