Yosef R. Levine is Managing Director of Global Technology Controls, Confidentiality & Privacy for Deloitte’s Audit and Assurance Business. He built and leads a team responsible for the architecture and controls strategy powering a multi-geo cloud and related technology inclusive of operations. He owns all matters relating to privacy, quality, risk, regulatory and legal under secure software development lifecycles for agile and DevSecOps models. He works closely the business to ensure future proofing compliance is a key investment criteria within the transformation and innovation dialogue.

Yosef is also Managing Director of Deloitte’s Israeli Business Service Desk and as a seasoned auditor, he has served emerging growth companies and complex SEC clientele in the retail, service and technology sectors. Previously, Yosef was a key member of Deloitte’s Professional Practice where he was a subject matter expert on the application audit analytics and matters of audit methodology.

Yosef is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) and member of the AICPA and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

John Waters is a 24 year IT veteran, serving in a variety of roles from private cloud operations of applications, cloud, solution, and infrastructure architecture, as well as solution delivery.

John currently leads Cloud Architecture for Deloitte’s Global Audit and Assurance function. He built a global platform to deliver innovative Audit solutions across the globe in a scalable, secure, compliant, and cost-efficient manner via a DevOps mindset. He works closely with the security, controls, and business teams to alignment and readiness of the cloud platform to further support digital transformation for Deloitte’s member firms.
