We didn't really give the Mini 14 justice at the end of our wrap up. The mini really is a versatile gun that is simple and easy to use (as you can tell from our final time). This was easily our most competitive shoot yet and Will, who is a beginner in many ways, performed right along with most of our times. Any shooter of any skill level can use a mini and use it effectively with some basic instruction and training. Ruger makes a reliable, effective and accurate (accurate enough for what it is designed for) rifle!
