Rotating Center Circle Card Tutorial

A Center circle card that moves! Not sure what to call this card, but the center rotates and is very cool. I saw it on Pinterest and there was no name for the card. Watch it move as you open the card! Nesting dies were used for the circles. The angel is my creation from last year.
