What is Buttock Augmentation?

2. Butt Implant Procedure
In butt implants, silicone-filled artificial implants are placed surgically deep inside the buttock tissue. Nevertheless, it’s crucial to know that implant exposure is a little higher in the case of a butt implant because the incisions lie in the gluteal cleft, which is an area very prone to infections.

If you have excess fat in your body and if your butts are sagging, you're ideal for a fat transfer procedure. However, the surgeon can also use both techniques to ensure the implant outline is not visible with the additional layer of fat grafting, and the chances of extrusion are less.
