Welcome to the “Menta Stretch of the Week”

Today we will demonstrate the SCM Stretch (sternocleidomastoid). This muscle is responsible for rotating the head to the opposite side and flexing the head down. This stretch may help to reduce pain and stiffness in the neck, which is usually a result of poor posture, computer/phone use, previous injuries or stress.
