Nova, As a group of companies, manufacture many plastic products having #manufacturing facility in #Ghaziabad and #Bangalore. The group is into the manufacturing of plastics for the last 45 years (even before I was born!!) and have introduced products of the latest technology that include plastic raw materials, plastic molded furniture, plastic corrugated flute board, blow molded water tanks, HDPE double walled corrugated pipes, Corrugated boxes and now #formwork also known as #shuttering system.
As a group, we have established our presence pan India in the past 45 years and are fast expanding overseas. Nova formwork system is the first #Indian #plastic #modular #formworksystem, introduced 9 years ago. In the last 9 years we have worked on more than 1000 projects, both big and small and have served some of the major #builders, #contractors in the country like Ahluwalia Contractors, Shapoorji and Pallonji, JMC, LNT to name few who have praised our formwork system for its uniqueness and efficiency.
NOVA #shuttering panels are manufactured from composite plastic raw material which is compounded in-house only, to maintain the quality and strength.
The beginning of #NovaFormworks brought about a whole new revolution in the #Indian #construction sector, specifically in the area of #shuttering due to its universality, lightness, simplicity, durability, solidity, strength and resistance to temperature change apart from price competitiveness.
The specialty of our formwork lies in the fact that it meets requirement for every type of concrete construction needs: be it columns of different shapes and dimensions, or walls and foundations of diverse thickness and height, box culverts, pile caps, plinths, rafts, slab, beam, monolithic formwork, drain formwork, stich concrete etc. Beauty of nova formworks lies in the fact that the same panels can be used for all different applications. It is modular and sizes can be changed easily and can be used at multiple sites. We provide both general as well as customized plastic formwork systems.
This is the only shuttering that can be used in salt and fresh water without any damage. It gives very good surface finish with no need to plaster and saves lot of money. It is very light weight as well.
Nova plastic formwork can be used more than 100 times very easily and if handled properly people are there who have used more than 300 times also.
It is so easy to use that even unskilled labour or helpers can assemble the formwork and skilled carpenters are not at all necessary. You can just have 1 carpenter for every 10 to 12 helpers. maintenance of the formworks is comparatively easy as concrete does not stick to the plastic panels and the same can be cleaned easily with water and No shuttering oil is needed.
The panels can be fixed and attached with each other with the help of the locking pins which is of the exact size and they fit into the panels exactly and leave no gap. The locks help the various panels to join together and make it a single panel as the panels lock very well and there is no leakage of concrete from in between the panels. Furthermore, the innovative design of the pins allows you to join panels easily and quickly, without any hassles. Invaluable in construction, this fully recyclable and eco-friendly product is inbuilt with a light weight tubular steel frame that gives plastic panels additional strength
