O-Goshi, Large Hip Throw, what an absolutely crackin' throw.

As a Taller fighter, David has developed an O-Goshi to suit his size and style of Judo.

By utilising an exaggerated first step, it gives him time to get low and fire his hips across the front of his opponent.

Also, when we started filming it had just started raining and as the dojo has a metal roof, the microphone unfortunately picked up the background noise.
