ALOE VERA
Aloe vera is an amazing plant full of nutrients for your skin and hair !
It contains vitamins (A, C, E, B12..), minerals (zinc, copper, selenium, calcium...), amino acids (20 of 22 human required amino acids and 7 of the 8 essential amino acids), enzymes (amylase, catalase, peroxidase...), sugars (mono- and polysaccharides), fatty acids, antioxidants (phenolic compounds, vitamin C and E..) and antiseptic agents (salicylic acid).

Aloe vera can be used as a natural shampoo (more like a co-wash), conditioner and detangler. It is also used on the skin to treat acne, sunburn or skin irritation.
It has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant properties.
Aloe vera is also used traditionally as a hair growth treatment.
