This is part 02 of five videos on how to rig a 3D character in the free tool Advanced Skeleton. Today I'm going to briefly touch on why referencing and not importing is important. Then demonstrate how to place the joints to form the character skeleton.

Good joint placement is important to get good deformation when we bind and skin the character, and making our animation look better.
