Hello dear friends. In this video, I am going to make sour cherry jam, which is one of my favorites.

The ingredients of this dish are freh sour cherry and sugar.

Recipe:
It is very easy. We remove the pit of the sour cherries and put them in a pot and put them in the refrigerator to drain. After the sour cherries have drained, pour the sour cherries and sugar into the pot layer by layer and put the pot on the heat. After some time when the sour cherries are cooked, we remove the foam on the pot. After 30-40 minutes, the delicious sour cherries jam is ready.
