31 deadstop pull-ups + 53 push-ups +10kg, running and more - at night.
For the pull-ups, I’m very happy with the result, I was expecting 25 but got 31. Sure, some reps the chin wasn’t good but it was compensated for by others, and it’s not that deep, just training. Also I could make excuses like not used to bar, it was cold, too much food, bad warmup, too late, etc. which are all valid so I’m stoked with the result. For the push-ups, I haven’t trained them in forever so lower back sagging ik + active rest I’m experimenting with. But happy. 📈📈📈
