Behind the Scenes of Tootsie : The Movie 1982
Revealing Dustin as Dorothy Michael for the first time on Park Avenue
& Shooting the footage for the Montage of Letters

You have to excuse the quality of the footage, because it was recorded during the analog era, and I didn't have a state of the art camera's back then. The watermarks and graphics were added when I edited the footage on my 3/4 editing machine, and some quality was lost . I found the master 3/4 tapes, and when I find a 3/4 machine to buy I'll try to fix it with a little AI technology.

Also take note when you see the director Sydney Pollack straining to spot and watch Dustin walking up Park Ave as Dorothy, that's because they weren't using video playback during the early 80's.

The Director of Photography was Owen Roizman
