CONFIDENCE ISN'T EVERYTHING, BUT CONFIDENCE IS SOMETHING EVERYONE NEEDS. SELF-CONFIDENCE IS A FEELING OF NDEPENDENCE - 'USE IT OR LOSE IT'. WITHOUT IT, YOU CAN DO LITTLE. WITH IT, YOU CAN DO ANYTHING. IT IS ALWAYS WITHIN.

What every man, woman, young, old & all need is confidence. Confidence is one of the essential qualities needed to lead life. It's very powerful & needed in all walks of life. Confidence is required & reflected in every action of a man i.e. the way one sits, stands, walks etc. Confidence is an attitude about your skills & abilities. It means you accept & trust yourself & have a sense of control in your life.

One who has confidence knows what it is. One who has no confidence also knows what it is. Confidence gives purpose & direction to our life. It's freedom from doubt; belief in our self & our abilities. It is not an inborn quality. It's a state of mind. It doesn't develop overnight but gradually develops as one grows & faces life. Experience, knowledge & success all put together help one build up confidence.

Confidence shines & fade throughout our lives. It's boosted when we experience a win or receive praise. It takes a hit when our efforts fall short of the mark, we're criticised or rejected. We're only human after all. It's therefore vital not to become overly reliant on external affirmation to prop up our self-worth, but to take ownership for taking the worthwhile actions needed to sustain it.

Unless one makes an attempt, confidence never grows. One can't runaway from a situation & build it. If we don't face a situation, we would not have any experience & in turn we would not gain any confidence also. We would remain where we were. Confidence must develop within us. Nobody can fill it from outside into us. More one makes use of it & succeeds, more it grows.

Don't live in a restricted circle of potential. The beliefs you hold true or otherwise - direct your actions & shape your lives. Confidence gradually expands by choice, consistent efforts & courage to take a risk. The single most powerful way to build confidence is to act with the confidence you aspire to have. So, exit your comfort zone & ACT!
