This traditional summer dish from Marseille!
Made in summer with local vegetables, smell of Provence in your kitchen! Here is all ingredients you will need:
1 onion
Green beans 300gr
White or red beans ( or both! ) 500 gr
3 potatoes
4 tomatoes
2 zucchini

For pistou:
Garlic 4 gloves
Basil
Olive oil
Grated Parmesan
