First Mowing Video and it's a big job.

Hi All,
This is PhilMows and this is my first video. I know it's not an entirely new idea, but the purpose of my channel is to help people by giving them free yard makeovers. This week I'm mowing a yard in the neighborhood that I grew up in. This house in particular is where some of my best friends lived. I spent a lot of time in this house and in the yard. As a kid this was my home away from home and to this day, holds a place in my heart. I was driving by a few weeks back and noticed that the yard was in need of some TLC. I stopped and talked to the owners and they agreed to let me mow it for them. As you'll see in the video, the front yard is not that bad, but the back yard hasn't been touched for some time. I'll be spending a few visits here getting it cleaned up as time allows. I have a full time day job and I'm a husband and father of 3.
I'd like to dedicate this channel to my neighbors Jim and Eileen who were good neighbors to My family and I. I have mowed their lawn for free for the last 20 years and it's been my privilege and honor to do so. It's been a gift to live in a neighborhood where everyone looked out for one another. I hope that by spreading this idea to others we can bring our neighborhoods together and unite with the common goal of helping one another.
