After taking a 3 month diet break to mentally and physically reset myself after over a year of restrictive dieting for a bodybuiling competition, I've been eating 1400 calories for the past 6 weeks to try and look like a fitness influencer again.

Why 1400 calories and couldn't I have done a more sustainable cut?

Well because I am the size of a small child and I was prepping for a bodybuidling competition for over a year. The last thing I want to do is spend anymore unnecessary time in a deficit. I've taken my time off to know that I am now ready and this approach is the most efficient if you look at it from a muscle building perspective.

However, keep in mind that these calories are relative to me. I have over a decades worth of experience and data and we have found that 1400 calories is that sweet spot where I am able to lose as much weight as possible within 6 weeks without suffering from any negative side effects like hormonal imbalances, compromise to training performance and muscle loss.

And so this is what it's like living on 1400 calories and eating as much as a... 4-8 year old apparently.
