A total of 13 worker assistance systems guarantee full efficiency in THT assembly at PRETTL Electronics GmbH in Radeberg.
Six of these SK systems are connected to the line control and the production system. This enables transparent, full automation with regard to order booking, transport and wave soldering. In this digital interlinking form, Smart Klaus supports the entire assembly process.
The implementation of the Smart Klaus systems has led to leaner production lines, meticulous quality assurance and unrivalled traceability.
