Pineberry designed and manufactured a feed solution to take pre organized Pokémon cards and feed them into batches along with a special barcode card.

The HSF-12 Feeders feed the pre organized Pokémon cards into specific batches along with a barcode card. The HSF feeders will feed and batch count common cards into a Bombay Batch Drop for release into the lug conveyor. SF 12 Feeders will feed other preorganized cards and the barcode card into the lug conveyor. These cards will then flow into the customer’s wrapping system which will be integrated with this system.
