But here's the catch: despite the surge in listings, the number of active homes on the market is dwindling fast. Buyers are snatching up properties left and right, with the median days on market sitting at just five days. Sellers, rejoice—it's your time to shine!


Even with interest rates on the rise, buyers are still eager to jump into the market, thanks to the impressive appreciation rates. Just take a look at the median sales price, soaring over thirteen percent from last month and a whopping sixteen percent from last year.


Sure, month-to-month numbers can fluctuate, but the overall trend is clear: the market is booming. And with homes selling for over one hundred and four percent of the list price on average, it's safe to say that competition is fierce.
