Looking for Lucey with live soundtrack by the Tinderbox Orchestra -

Over a couple of months, the musicians of the orchestra scored over 45 minutes of brand new music for a collection of archived films. Just as "Looking for Lucey" is a journey of experimental imagery from scientific film-maker Eric Lucey, selected and curated by MSc students from the University of Edinburgh, the resulting original score was formed from musical ideas and effects created, composed, and shaped by everyone in the orchestra, inspired by Lucey's unusual visual techniques and stories. The soundtrack for Looking for Lucey, alongside other brand new music for film, was performed live to screen by the orchestra at the Edinburgh International Film Festival June 29th 2018 (Central Hall).
