This is a different version of my calisthenics beginner routine but using no equipment at all. It's still a circuit of 4 exercises, done for 3 or 4 rounds (whatever feels appropriate for your fitness level), except I've swapped out a couple exercises to make it require no equipment.

If you search for a calisthenics beginner routine you will most likely find someone younger, athletic and with years of training under their belt, demonstrating exercises that are too difficult for a true beginner and relying on equipment like parallel bars and pull-up bars. Well, this video sets out to NOT be that :)

I understand why some people want to do calisthenics with no equipment. It can be very hand for those times when you're staying at a hotel, Air B&B, or even when living in a college dorm. You can build solid strength and develop excellent flexibility literally anywhere and with very limited space.
