How to Draw a Celtic Knot Circle

I've recently got into drawing Celtic Knots and in today’s video share the method I’ve been using for drawing circular borders.

I have been using a method I've used for years, adapted from a book I had over twenty years ago. If you know which book it might be, please do let me know because I've forgotten! This is based on that method, with a little playing around by me to work out what I like best, and some more recent memory jogging by watching David Nicholls on this topic!
