In today’s video, I visit *Zule Eats**, a family-owned small business serving truly **authentic Ghanaian food* on Howard Ave in Windsor, Ontario. One bite had me feeling like I had travelled straight to Ghana. The flavours, the history, the love they have for one another shows up in the presentation, customer service and of course in every dish — it opened my eyes to how little I actually knew about Ghana and the people of Ghana. 🇬🇭

This experience sparked a deep curiosity, so I dove into research to learn more about this beautiful culture. I’m sharing everything I discovered, and there’s *so much* that this will be *Part 1* of a multi-video series.
