Summer Salad
1/2 English Cucumber
(sliced thin)
2 Lg. Tomatoes
1/2 cup Red Onion
1/2 cup Bell Pepper
(we used purple)

Dressing:
1/3 cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 lemon juiced
1 tbsp Honey
2 garlic cloves minced
1/3 cup fresh basil
salt & pepper to taste
