I get it - you’re a brokerage with brand guidelines you’d love for your agents to use.

But they’re either doing their own thing or making things look not quite right 🙈

And I’ll be the first to say that there is value in a brand 👉 and if you’re at a brokerage with branded marketing, there are benefits to everyone who uses it.

On the other hand, I get where agents are coming from.

They want to stand out and have room to be their own agent.

So, where do you find the balance?

IMO you need to make marketing approachable to your agents while still leveraging the value of your brand.
