本集教的是第十五節 轉氣還源功。這套功法以丹田為中心,兩手相疊 (男的左手在外 女的右手在外),分為逆轉和順轉。逆轉時雙手沿左上右下的逆時針路線,由小到大地緩緩旋轉36圈;順轉時沿右上左下的順時針路線,由大到小地緩緩旋轉24圈。透過這種反覆的畫圈動作,可以聚氣於丹田,幫助疏通經脈。
