Undertale Test Place Reborn: How to make UTPR sans balanceable

Just my take on how to fix sans main problem when balancing, i am not an expert in this type of things so it might have some flaws, but i think some variation of this idea could really work

You could also substract some df before dividing it, like ((Def-100)/7) which makes sans deal 0.93dmg to gtchara p1 and 0.51dmg to GoH So in the end, this is just playing with the values

But in reality i only want to send the main idea of sans ignoring defense is a mistake and a way his mechanic could be ported on a pvp focused game.
