THE "LOST OFFICIAL" SONIC.EXE GAME BY JC THE HYENA?!! (Sonic.EXE Lost Media?)

There was an alleged LOST VERSION uploaded of Sonic.EXE created by Pink Sonic and possibly JC The HYENA, Creator of the SONIC.EXE Creepypasta, aka the weirdo that got outed as a bad person in the community not too long ago...
If this is a real Game made by JC truly is the question. Take this video with a grain of salt. Maybe it's just a weird attempt to spread rumors and I just fell for the bait...
If you guys can figure more out, if an actual Sonic.EXE Fan Game exists that really was created by JC the HYENA, please let me know in the comments!
