Es war einmal ein Bauunternehmen, das auf die großartige Idee kam, in der Nähe einer kulturell bedeutsamen Stadt ein eigenes kleines Dorf zu errichten. In traumhafter Landschaft gelegen sollte es aus 185 mehr oder weniger identischen Villen bestehen. Eine Designfirma wurde beauftragt Konzeptzeichnungen der Villen zu entwerfen, um potentielle Käufer anzulocken und wenn man sich die überaus kitschigen Bilder ansieht weiß man sofort, wieso jede Menge Leute darauf hereinfielen. Hier wurden Menschen Träume und Versprechungen verkauft, die nicht gehalten werden konnten. 2015 sollten die ersten Häuser fertig sein, seht selbst was daraus geworden ist …

Once upon a time there was a construction company that had the great idea of building their own small village near a culturally significant city. Located in a beautiful landscape, it should consist of 185 more or less identical villas.
