Electricity Industry: Double Deep Multi Shuttle System

This is the flexible and expandable inshuttle system solution provided by INFORM, which is served for Ningbo Sunny, and the Sunny Group is the largest manufacturer of integrated optical products in China.

This project possesses SKU in 18666, and finished electronic parts and components in plastic package are contained in feed box. 15 inshuttles in double depth type, 5 lifters for changing level, and one set of conveyor both in the end of racking and warehouse are configured in project.

The conveyor in the end of warehouse carries box in cooperative work with inshuttle in same level. One shuttle can be configured for one level of racking and multi-levels can also share one shuttle. The multifunctional lifter in the end of lane conveys boxes to out-feed conveyor before warehouse and it can also execute the changing level operation for inshuttle.
