PARABOLAS - A Revision Guide

Most general College Entrance Exams have a 'maths' paper or section and many of them have questions on parabolas. Generally speaking these questions tend to be answered poorly because a good working knowledge of the specifics of parabolas (focus, vertex, directrix, latus rectum, axis of symmetry etc) is required, and this tends not to be taught in depth in many maths courses.

Fear not, for the Gresty Academy 'PARABOLAS - A Revision Guide' has come to the rescue. In this video we explain all of the specifics of a parabola and then from 7:00 onwards we answer four typical 'parabola' questions which might be found on Senior High School exams or College Entrance Exams.
