Ingredients:
Biscuit Layer:
1. Biscuits - 150 gm
2. Melted Butter - 50 gm

Strawberry Puree:
1. Strawberries - 250 gm
2. Sugar - 60 gm
3. Lemon Juice - 20 gm

Cheesecake Layer:
1. Homemade Paneer - 150 gm
2. Hung curd - 150 gm
3. Gelatine - 2 Tbsp
4. Water to soak Gelatine
5. Strawberry Puree - 100 gm
6. Fresh Cream - 200 ml
7. Sugar - 70 gm
8. Strawberry Crush - 1 Tbsp

Strawberry Jelly :
1. Strawberry Puree - 150 gm
2. Gelatine - 1 & 1/2 Tsp
3. Water to soak Gelatine

Transparent Jelly Layer:
1. 300 ml water
2. Sugar - 80 gm
3. Lemon Juice - 30 ml
4. Strawberry Crush - 1 & 1/2 Tbsp
5. Gelatine - 3 Tsp
6. Water to soak Gelatine
7. Strawberries for decoration
Note: Vegetarian alternative for Gelatine - Agar Agar
