Описание к видео Eating For Exercise: How To Fuel Your Body For Fitness And Fertility Goals

Join Hertility’s in-house fertility nurse and registered nutritionist Emily Moreton and leading sports dietician Renee McGregor to understand what you should be eating to fuel your body for exercise without upsetting your hormones and fertility.

Exercising as a woman is a fine balance. Yes, exercise is important and key to hormonal health but if you overdo it, it can negatively impact your hormones and fertility.

Get your head around which wellness trends to listen to (and which ones to ditch) and understand how you can find the appropriate nutritional approach that works for you, your body and your goals both in the gym and in life.

We'll be covering:
⚖️ Wellness trends: which ones to listen to but which ones to avoid
🥑 Nutritional needs: and how this impacts hormonal health
🏃‍♀️ The role of hormonal health in exercise: spotlight on adaptogens and body composition
💔 Common mistakes: and consequences such as RED-s (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport)

About our speakers:
Renee is a leading Sports Dietitian and Eating Disorder Specialist with over 20 years of experience working in clinical and performance nutrition. Renee is the Nutrition Lead for both the English and Scottish National Ballet where she was actively involved in producing the consensus statement about the management of REDs in Dance. She works with a number of other teams and brands on a consultancy basis providing expert support on REDs and ensuring nutritional and clinical guidance for both performance and health. She is passionate about working with athletes and their health and regularly provides expert commentary on understanding how the body works, optimising hormonal health and how this impacts our performance. On top of this Renee specialises in supporting individuals and athletes of all levels and ages, coaches, and sports science teams to provide nutritional strategies to enhance sports performance and manage eating disorders and REDs.
