On Day 6, we crossed into Nepal via the Sunauli border, an exciting milestone on our journey! Join us as we navigate through the border crossing procedures, including obtaining the Bhansar permit for our car. Documents Required for Bhansar Permit (for taking a car from India into Nepal):

Original Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC): Proof that the vehicle belongs to you.
Driver’s License: A valid Indian driving license.
PAN Card or Aadhaar Card: For personal identification.
Vehicle Insurance: Valid insurance coverage for the vehicle.
Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate: Ensure your vehicle meets environmental regulations.
Nepali Currency for Fees: The Bhansar fee can only be paid in Nepali rupees.
Custom Declaration Form: Required at the border for vehicle entry.
Temporary Vehicle Permit (Bhansar): Issued at the Sunauli border after submitting the necessary documents.

Make sure to carry both original and photocopies of these documents for a smooth process at the border.
