Rotary packaging line for nuts – YM Packaging

In this video, we show you the commissioning of a high-efficiency rotary packaging line for a nut roasting customer, capable of processing up to 40 pouches per minute in pre-formed pouches with zipper and eurohole, ensuring precision, traceability and product preservation.

Detail of the rotary packaging machine (8 working stations):
1️⃣ Grasping and positioning the pouch
2️⃣ Batch/date printing and zipper opening
3️⃣ Full opening of the pouch
4️⃣ Accurate product filling
5️⃣ Piston to accommodate the product inside the pouch
6️⃣ Air removal using sponges
7️⃣ Inert gas injection and partial pre-sealing
8️⃣ High-precision final sealing
