The protest was set in action due to the negligence of Harris County Judges to grant SPM an appeal, and a re-trial. He is incarcerated based on NO EVIDENCE. The mother of the girl(victim in question) was in a relationship with, we'll fictionally name the subject "BOBBY", SPM's long time friend (who was always in trouble). Long story short, SPM sleeps with "BOBBY's" Girl, she threatens to tell "BOBBY" of the affair if SPM doesn't give her money(Blackmail). He refuses, "BOBBY" finds out, and now they both have a vendetta to co hearse there innocent child.
