My name is Bo Graham. I'm with three Khan pest services. We've got 10 guys at D2Dcon. It's been a life changing event. Like for each individual you could see the team was brought together like nothing else, just put some serious sealant on the team dynamic with every single guy in our, in our crew. Um, I came to the on duty con, uh, mainly to find the answer to how to keep my personal and my business life balanced, more balanced. And uh, I got some rigor, really great answers from both the keynote speakers and uh, and the workshops. So definitely worth a bet worth going to and a great investment in yourself that'll pay off when in the future someone sitting on a fence, um, whether you're getting into the door to door industry, whether you're sitting on the fence there or whether you're in the city on the fence of whether to commit to a program like duty duty, you are duty, uh, experts. So that, um, one of those programs, if you're on that fence, the question you gotta ask yourself is when you get paid, what do you invest in first and what's going to pay the biggest dividends for you? And that's yourself. Um, so once you start making those investments in yourself, you can then expect that things will start paying you back and you'll start getting those dividends.
